White House Border Czar Asks Minnesota for More Access to Jails

The White House border czar Tom Homan said there are plans for a “drawdown” of immigration enforcement’s operation in Minnesota if his agents get access to jails in the state.

“We have some agreements, we got more to talk about. How are we going to implement these agreements? But as we see that cooperation happen, then the redeployment will happen.” [chanting] “No agency organization is perfect. President Trump and I, along with others in the administration, have recognized that certain improvements could and should be made. That’s exactly what I’m doing here.”
