His role model is Mike Tyson

In another bizarre MMA occurrence, a fighter tried to bite his opponent’s ear off, incurring the unbridled wrath of those in attendance. Suffice it to say, fight fans were flabbergasted by the whole incident.

This past weekend, heavyweight fighters Pavol Vasko and Vaclav Mikulasek locked horns in a custom rules match at the Clash MMA 15 main event in Brno. According to Tapology, headbutts, stomps, and soccer kicks were allowed under the bout’s custom rules.

However, the bout took a bizarre turn when Mikulasek attempted a takedown, only for Vasko to unveil an unorthodox and outright illegal form of defense, pulling a page straight out of Mike Tyson’s playbook by trying to bite his opponent’s ear off.

Tyson famously bit Evander Holyfield’s ear during their 1997 WBA heavyweight title rematch, an incident that has since become firmly embedded in pop culture.

The unpleasantries, however, did not end there. As Vasko attempted to escape the arena, he was swarmed by an enraged crowd. The fighter was roughed up, struck on the head by flying chairs, and was even teep-kicked in the midsection by a female fighter as he ran out of the arena.

“That’s crazy, and he should be severely punished, no doubt, but the crowd jumping him is even worse. Losing control on both sides.”
