Royal LePage is adding two brokerages to its network – one on each coast – bringing nearly 75 agents under its banner from Coldwell Banker.

Royal LePage Select Realty of New Brunswick is among the new additions, with 47 sales reps with expertise across residential, multifamily, commercial, luxury and recreational real estate.

Co-owned by Michele McGuire and Kevin Butler, Royal LePage Select Realty serves Saint John and surrounding communities, including Rothesay, Quispamsis, Grand Bay–Westfield, Hampton, St. Stephen, St. Andrews, St. George, Charlotte County, St. Martins and Grand Manan.

“We were looking for a brand with a strong national presence and a depth of tools and support that would help our Realtors grow and adapt in an evolving marketplace,” said McGuire and Butler in a joint statement. “Royal LePage stood out for its commitment to agent success, professional development and long-term growth.”

McGuire, in the field since 1999, and Butler, part of the industry since 1989, bring 64 years of combined experience.

Deep-rooted B.C. brokerage joins

Royal LePage Rosling Realty, with a near 80-year history in British Columbia’s West Kootenays, has also joined. Led by owners Kevin Arcuri and Tad Lake, the brokerage is home to 27 sales professionals.

Arcuri and Lake said in a joint statement they are eager to begin “leveraging the brand’s tools, services and national reach.”

“We’re confident our agents will thrive as part of its vast network. Most importantly, this strategic partnership will enhance the experience we deliver to our clients across the West Kootenays,” they said.

With offices currently in Nelson, Kaslo and Nakusp, and service expanding throughout Salmo, the Slocan Valley, Castlegar, Rossland and Trail, Royal LePage Rosling Realty brings deep regional expertise to the Royal LePage network. It operated under Coldwell Banker for the last 30 years.

As part of the transition, Jennifer Lebedoff has been appointed managing broker. A Kootenay-raised real estate professional with 24 years of industry experience, Lebedoff brings a track record of top-producing sales success and senior brokerage leadership, having previously served as managing broker and CEO within a high-performing Coldwell Banker Horizon in the Central Okanagan.
